Is Greenify's service really free?

Yes, absolutely. Greenify's street cleaning, waste management, and road safety monitoring services are provided completely free of charge to all participating homeowners and residents. We will never ask for any payment. Our operations are funded through community partnerships and sustainable business initiatives.

Do the speed cameras capture my face or license plate?

No. We do NOT use cameras. Our speed monitoring system uses radar-based sensors that emit electromagnetic waves to measure vehicle speed. These sensors cannot capture images, video, faces, or license plates. They only record numerical speed data. It is physically impossible for our equipment to identify individuals.

Can I cancel my consent after signing?

Yes. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a written notice (letter or email) to our office. Within 7 working days, all services will stop and any equipment near your property will be removed. No questions asked, no penalties, no fees.

Who are the Greenify employees? Are they verified?

All Greenify employees are local residents of Ashkona who have been thoroughly vetted. Each team member undergoes background verification, professional training, and receives an official ID badge. You can view our team profiles on the Gallery page.

What areas does Greenify currently cover?

We currently operate in Sectors 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of Ashkona, Uttara, Dhaka. We cover 8 main roads and 24 residential lanes. Our goal is to expand to all sectors of Ashkona by the end of 2026.

How can I verify that cleaning is actually happening?

Every cleaning session is documented with timestamped photos uploaded to our Gallery page within hours. Our live Dashboard shows real-time waste collection data. You can also track our team's GPS locations during active cleaning hours.
